This policy applies to Mixet app.
Information we collect
We do not collect any information neither personal nor usage data.
Ads and analytics
Mixet does not use ads and third-party analytics. We use only standard Apple’s anonymous analytics, which we encourage you to opt-in.
Information usage
Mixet accesses audio files you select, solely for the app purpose: playback, visualizing, mixing, organizing in setlists, etc. Added audio files are never transferred by Mixet outside of the application sandbox on your device unless manually exported by you.
Technical basics
Upon your choice, audio files can be added from the Files app and/or Apple Music only after receiving your consent to access your Apple Music library. Audio files added from the Files app are copied into the application sandbox on your device. Audio files added from Apple Music libraries stored in Mixet’s database on your device as links to the original files.
iCloud
Mixet does not use iCloud. You may export your Mixet database to iCloud. In this case, Mixet does not have access to that data until you use the Restore from Backup feature.
Security
All data is accessed using standard Apple APIs according to documentation and utilizing system security measures. For instance, security measures of Core Data, standard pickers from MediaPlayer and UIKit frameworks, etc.
Content and Intellectual Property
You are solely responsible for the content you load into Mixet and for the right to use this content. We are not responsible for anything you load into the application.
Your Consent
By using our site or apps, you consent to our privacy policy.
Contacting Us
If you have questions regarding this privacy policy, you may email info@mixet.rocks. Please note that your database deletion should be done within the Mixet app or along with removing the Mixet app from your device, not via email requests.
